Good Customer Service , Beds are so Comfy the complimentary drinks are awesome

First of all , the customer service were the Best second how they clean the rooms and the complimentary drinks was a pleasure but I think they should improve the continental breakfast a bit more , keep up your good service and cleanliness of the rooms hoping to book again.

Like what I mention the free continental breakfast should improve the choices and the servings more. but likewise they can offer you to eat in a buffet partner hotel but it will cost you extra money.

Good location and excellent staff, breakfast was nice too! I believe that the pictures of the rooms on Booking.com are probably of the sister hotel around the corner!

The rooms that we actually had were nothing like those that we were expecting from the pictures on Booking.com. I messaged Booking.com about this and have not had a proper response about this as yet!

A small hotel for A good base location when wanting to explore Ho Chi Minh and surrounding area

Its so close to everything in reasonable walking distance, nice restaurants and bars very close by, breakfast is not the best but it was enough to start the day. Pick up from the airport to the hotel maybe more expensive then a taxi but it's more comfortable and takes the hassle of finding a taxi, a prompt service. This is my second visit to this hotel and will return again.

Honestly really did not dislike anything, when you stay so close to walking street in Ho Chi Minh you will expect noise from the pubs and clubs.

Excellent stay, very friendly staff.

Good value for the money. Good location and super nice staff.

The only thing that we didn't like so much was a noise from the walking street. But i guess you can do nothing about that if you are staying so close to it.

Great location, good swimming pool, friendly service and staff. Staff speaks English :)

Rooms on floor G were very noisy, everything that happened in the kitchen, was heard to the room. Otherwise all good if that doesn't bother you.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean .

The plug socket for the kettle was on the floor, so that was a bit of a pain. In addition, the swimming pool was across the street and round the corner which wasn’t the most convenient although it was nice.

Not to bad could have been better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room clean.

The pool was in an hotel a block away. The bed was pushed into the corner. Very hard to go in and out.

Lots happening in area with many food outlets.

Clean room, helpful staff, very good breakfast served in nearby hotel, nice pool but in sister hotel 1/2 block away,

Very very loud all night ( till 4 am) because located 1/4 block from bar/party street . Pool and breakfast not located in hotel ( but was still excellent)

Location was good

We had bugs in our room which got into our baggage. When we informed them, they immediately moved us to the other room, which didn't have bugs but had a dirty sheet.

The location is good and the staff really nice and friendly

Our room was right in the front so music blaring until 4.30 every morning such a shame I upgraded my room as the smaller rooms were one room back also the swimming pool was at another hotel. The staff did change us to a family room at the back for the last night
